Sydney Jones is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage First Construction, a Durham-based firm known for its commitment to quality craftsmanship and community-focused building solutions. As one of the few Black women contractors in North Carolina, Sydney brings a unique perspective and dedication to excellence in the construction industry.

Before establishing Heritage First Construction, Sydney honed her skills at Paul Davis Restoration, a leading property restoration company specializing in emergency services for residential and commercial properties. During her tenure, she gained extensive experience in managing restoration projects involving water, fire, smoke, and mold damage. Her role required rapid response, meticulous project management, and a deep understanding of the restoration process, all of which have been invaluable in her current endeavors.
